The way we work

Every company is unique in the problems and opportunities it faces. We use our experience of many different industries to design courses which are customised for you.

The start point with most clients is a site visit to establish the true needs of the organisation and the individuals. We analyse your requirements and prepare an action plan for your approval. The training can consist of individual coaching, working with a team on one specific application, training for a group of a dozen engineers or a comprehensive plan which includes everyone. Support after the training is vital and again is provided at an appropriate level. You may want a schedule of regular visits or just have access to free advice by telephone, fax or email.

A "typical" training course lasts for two days and alternates teaching sessions of about ? hour with exercises which are undertaken by small teams. The teaching modules are well proven and have evolved in response to feedback from delegates. Additional modules are written when needed to meet specific client applications. The exercises are constructed to develop understanding of the methods and reflect the background of the delegates. Team work and communication are vital for successful application of the techniques and form an integral part of the technical training courses.
